ParcRV offers on-site RV and trailer Repair and Maintenance Services for our customers! We use our years of experience in the RV industry to source the best local technicians with the certification and skill to address major and minor repairs, and help our customers stay on top of the most important regular maintenance projects. ParcRV will also offer mobile repair locations with a 50-mile radius of the ParcRV facility. Whether you are a ParcRV storage customer or just visiting the Lake Lanier area we try to make finding Service and Maintenance for your RV, boat or trailer as easy and convenient as possible. Long waits at the dealership just to be evaluated or get an estimate should be a thing of the past. We work hard to make our services as convenient and easy to access as possible.

A/C Service
Check AC components for proper operation, clean coils & filters, and check temp output
Slide Seal Service
Lubricate slide seals and mechanisms, check alignment, and ensure proper operation
Water Heater Service
Clean combustion system, check component functions, and ensure correct operation
Furnace Service (Some models require additional labor)

Leveling/Stabilizer System Service
Clean jack feet, check & clean accessible drive mechanisms, and clean shaft/bodies of jacks, lubricate as needed, and check any fluid levels.
Propane Leak Test
Perform leak test on system to ensure no gas leaks are present
Roof Treatment
Wash & treat roof material with UV protectant to prevent cracking/degredation
“Weekend at the Parc” RV Pre-Season Inspection
Flush Antifreeze, fill fresh tank, check battery acid level & voltage, & test: water pump, furnace, AC’s, water heater, & exterior lighting circuit. Includes roof & tire inspection.
“Season at the Parc” RV Pre-Season Inspection
Everything included with the weekend package, as well as: Propane system leak test, Propane Leak Test brake system check (pull one wheel), check slide seals, check roof & sidewall sealant, Furnace Service & add drinking water freshener to fresh water tank
Roof Sealant & Membrane Inspection
Check condition of roof sealant and inspect for voids/gaps/cracks to correct as needed.
Wheel Bearing Packing
Remove wheel, inspect braking system, remove and repack bearings, & install new wheel seals into hubs (Any replacement bearings or brakes additional charge)
Battery Service
Load test, top off fluids, clean terminals, apply corrosion protectant, and check voltage level
Fresh Water System Sanitation & Treatment
Add sanitizing fluid to remove algae & mildew from tank, flush water lines with sanitizing fluid and add drinking water freshener to combat smells & odd tastes
Tire Inspection
Check for uneven wear, ensure date codes are within 6 years, check for cracks & splits in tire, and check for proper inflation
RV Winterization
Remove any remaining water system, and add RV Potable antifreeze to system water lines to prevent freezing and ensure your camper is ready to go next year! (Units w/washing machine, icemakers, or additional water accessories are extra charge)
RV Dewinterization
Remove antifreeze from water system and flush lines to prepare for summer season
Marine Outboard Winterization
Remove any water from system, Pump antifreeze thru cooling system, and add fuel system
stabilizer to tank
Marine Inboard Winterization
Remove any water from system, Pump antifreeze thru cooling system, fog intake manifold
and throttle bodies, and add fuel system stabilizer to tank

We are able to access OEM parts for all late model RVs, camper trailers, boat trailers and most utility trailers. We order the exact part you need for your own DIY project or we can have our technicians do it for you. Either way, ParcRV is your local resources for parts including: Hitches and hitch parts, awnings and awning fabric, bearing, brake parts, electrical, sewer, hitches and much more.
